In this article, I am giving a review of ‘The Essential Keto Cookbook’. Some days ago, my dietician friend of mine recommended me to pick this amazing keto cookbook. When you find a cookbook and love it but don’t get things right away? This is not the case here. This book provides a very simple description of keto food and in this cookbook, you can easily find simple recipes. I loved the batch cooking section because that’s what I do all the time but it can be annoying without variety. Highly recommend whether you are new to Keto or looking for some simple recipes to extend your palate.
